Tools Hub

The Tools Hub is a practical workshop for Hell’s Kitchen 3 players who want checklists instead of lore. Use it to plan Coins vs XP spending, run a daily spin routine, chase merits, and prep seasons without wasting Robux. Link out to Codes, Tier lists, and Guides when you need deeper pages — this hub stays actionable.

Economy toolset: Coins vs XP

Hell’s Kitchen runs two currencies with different jobs.

CurrencyEarn viaSpend on
CoinsDining-room pickups, season wins (~250 for the champion), codes, Robux packsTemporary power-ups
XPServing quality dishes, winning minigames/challenges, Double XP passLevels that unlock dishes (also buyable with Robux, separately)

Coin planner

  1. Redeem possibly active codes (GORDONRAMSAY, RELEASE) every account.
  2. Keep a 50 Coin buffer for Time Machine or Speed Chop.
  3. Keep a 500 Coin emergency fund if you often land bottom two (Elimination Immunity).
  4. Only buy 650 Coin nukes (Blackout / Firestorm) when team averages are close.
  5. Difficult mode cannot use power-ups — stop Coin panic-buys before switching modes.

XP planner

  1. Prioritize clean plates over raw ticket spam; quality multiplies progress.
  2. Play minigames seriously — they are free XP between services.
  3. Consider Double XP Boost once you rarely burn dishes (game passes).
  4. Head Chef’s extra daily spin feeds long-term progression loops.
  5. Do not buy XP with Robux until passes that multiply earned XP are decided.

Daily spin & lobby checklist

Before you queue a season:

  • Claim daily spin (and Head Chef extra spin if owned)
  • Redeem any new codes
  • Check Coin balance vs planned power-ups
  • Confirm Standard vs Difficult intent with your stack
  • Equip merits you want displayed
  • Verify Run / Fireproof toggles if you own those passes
  • Skim Updates after a patch day

After a season:

  • Note whether you were bottom two and why
  • Bank leftover Coins instead of tilting into Smoke Bombs
  • Track which minigames you failed (practice targets)
  • Decide if a 20 Robux Revive would have been worth it — usually better to improve averages via the Players Hub

Merits checklist (achievement tools)

Merits are gameplay achievements with icons you can show on your name tag. Use this tracker while you grind:

MeritHow to push it
Burnt ToastIntentionally (or accidentally) overcook enough times — easy while learning timers
Fireproof ApronLast standing in Hell’s Ragefall
Flawless FeastFinish a pre-service or dinner service above ~98% accuracy
Gordon’s FavouriteComplete a dinner service with zero Ramsay insults
Hell’s AngelFinish dinner service without using sabotage
Lucky StreakSurvive three rounds after appearing in the bottom two
Saboteur SupremeUse every sabotage power-up at least once
Starve GordonComplete the Starve Gordon style challenge condition
Steady HandsRide the winning team three rounds in a row
Team MVPTop your color after dinner service
UnderdogGo from lowest scorer one round to highest the next

Tip: Hell’s Angel and Saboteur Supreme pull you in opposite directions — clear them on different nights so you do not block yourself.

Season prep loadouts

New chef loadout: Codes → Time Machine → read Getting Started → mute tilt.

Grinder loadout: Double XP + Vacuum + daily spins → minigame focus → dish unlocks.

Chaotic lobby loadout: Fireproof + Super Run + coordinated Firestorm budget → Players callouts.

Difficult mains: Faster Cook + Auto Serve + Hell’s Luck — skip Run/power-up plans.

Soft tools (non-shop)

  • Stopwatch mindset: know the 2:00 and 3:30 windows so you stop starting impossible tickets at 0:20.
  • Ticket triage: finish near-done plates before opening a fresh five-step recipe.
  • Spectate lessons: when eliminated, watch MVP paths instead of quitting instantly.
  • Script caution: auto farms on the Scripts Hub are optional and risky — not part of a clean tools kit.

Weekly goals template

Copy this into your notes app:

  1. Seasons played: __ / 10
  2. Codes redeemed this week: yes/no
  3. Merits newly earned: ____
  4. Coins wasted on low-value sabotage: ____ (aim lower)
  5. Difficult seasons survived without AFK votes: ____
  6. Pages reread after patch: Guides / Tiers / Updates

Why a Tools Hub exists

Guides teach systems; tiers rank buys; players teach teamwork. Tools stitch those into habits. If you only remember three things from this page: separate Coins from XP, run the daily lobby checklist, and chase merits on purpose instead of by accident.

When Hell’s Kitchen 3 adds more spins, shop SKUs, or merit icons, we extend the tables here first. Until then, use these checklists every time you put the apron on.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers for chefs fighting through Hell's Kitchen 3.

What is the difference between Coins and XP?

Coins buy temporary power-ups; XP levels you and unlocks dishes. Codes usually grant Coins — see the Codes Hub.

What should I do every day in the lobby?

Daily spin, redeem codes, check pass toggles, and only then start a season. Head Chef adds an extra spin.

Which merit should I chase first?

Team MVP and Steady Hands teach good habits. Save Saboteur Supreme for a dedicated sabotage night.

Do these tools work in Difficult mode?

Checklists yes; Coin power-up plans no. Switch to cook-speed passes and pure mechanics.

Where do I see ranked purchases?

Use the Tier List Hub, power-ups, and game passes pages.
